b) Jurisdiction, Venue & Governing Law: The laws of India govern these Terms, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts at Virudhunagar, Tamil Nadu, India. You waive objections to the venue.
c) Assignment: You may not assign these Terms. The Owner may assign its rights, binding assignees.
d) Severability: If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.
e) No Waiver: Failure to enforce a provision does not waive future enforcement.
f) Headings: Headings are for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
g) No Agency: No agency, partnership, or joint venture is created.
h) Force Majeure: The Owner is not liable for failures due to unforeseen circumstances.
i) Electronic Communications: Email communications are permitted.
